Viewing your subscription

  1. Open Hermes
  2. Go to Settings → Account or Billing
  3. View your current plan, renewal date, and usage

Managing your subscription

Change plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
Changes take effect:
  • Upgrades: Immediately
  • Downgrades: At end of current billing period

Update payment method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save

Cancel subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.

Invoices and receipts

View past invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Billing History or Invoices
  3. Download any invoice as PDF

Get a receipt

Receipts are emailed automatically after each payment. Check your email or download from billing history.

Common questions

When will I be charged?

You’re charged immediately when you subscribe, then on the same date each billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

What happens if payment fails?

  • We’ll retry the payment a few times
  • You’ll receive email notifications
  • Your subscription continues during the grace period
  • If payment isn’t resolved, your plan downgrades to Free

How do I update my billing email?

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Update your email address
  3. Billing communications will go to the new email
