Creating a snippet

Open Triggers
Go to Triggers in Hermes.

Create new trigger
Click + or New Trigger.

Set the phrase
Enter what you’ll say (e.g., “my email”).

Choose matching mode
Select Exact for simple replacements.

Select Snippets
Choose Snippets as the action type.

Enter output text
Type the text you want inserted.

Save
Click Save.
Multi-line text
You can include line breaks in your output text. This is useful for:- Email signatures
